KOTA KINABALU | FRIDAY, 4 SEPTEMBER 2026

Sabah Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, YB Datuk James Ratib, recently paid a working visit to Kinabalu International School (KIS), Kota Kinabalu. The visit gave him the opportunity to exchange views with the Principal of KIS, Mr. Sam Gipson, as well as the teaching staff and school management on the development of the education ecosystem, learning environment, and the direction of international education in the State of Sabah.

YB Datuk James Ratib expressed his deepest appreciation to the KIS management for the warm welcome and close cooperation provided during the visit. He hoped that this positive relationship and strategic collaboration could continue to be strengthened to support the agenda of strengthening education and developing high-quality human capital in Sabah, in line with the aspiration of Sabah Maju Jaya through the State Government and the Sabah Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (KPSTI).
