Kota Kinabalu: The Department of Human Resources Development (JPSM) and the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at producing trained workforce.

Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif said the agreement was a collaboration in the field of education and Technical and Vocational Training (TVET) programmes to provide youth with the necessary skills and knowledge.

“"Through improvements, increasing skills and knowledge according to needs and industry recognition, we will guarantee job opportunities while also translating the state government's efforts through JPSM to reduce the unemployment rate.".
