Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (KSTI) has successfully implemented several outreach programs, especially in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) this year.

Its Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif said that among the programmes that have been implemented is the Borneo Science Adventure Programme Series One in Kota Marudu, Pitas and Kudat.

“"In addition, the Borneo Science Adventure Series 2 was also held in Kimanis, Kalabakan and Pensiangan, including STEM FIESTA in all districts. Also implemented was the Rural STEM Outreach Program; and the STEM Mini Theatre in Beaufort," he said.

He said this when answering a question from Datuk Jaffari Aliam [Assembly-Elect] at the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (DUN) sitting here today.
